Senior flex golf shafts
Senior flex — sometimes called A flex — sits between ladies and regular. It suits smooth, moderate swings, typically a driver swing speed of about 70–85 mph, and is not just for seniors: many golfers of any age launch the ball better with a little more flex.
If your drives fly low or drift right with a regular shaft, a senior flex shaft in your current driver or fairway woods can be an affordable upgrade.
